Season of brightening and sunscreen – Recommended oral skincare ingredients

We are now in the season that we feel the stronger ultraviolet rays. You may take care of your skin with brightening skincare or sunscreen skincare. Why don’t you take care of your skin with supplements against UV?
Today, we would like to talk about oral brightening skincare.

In order to prevent sunburn or pigmentation by UV, we use a sunscreen cream when we go out, and we use brightening skin care at home. In addition, we would like to suggest a supplement as an oral skincare.

For brightening skincare, Vitamin C, Arbutin, or Tranexamic acid are well-known ingredients. What about supplements? We pick up several suggested ingredients which are used as brightening supplements.

1. L-Cystine
Cystine is a substance consisting of two molecules of cysteine bound together.
It is expected to improve blotches, freckles, and dark spots on the skin by inhibiting melanin production.

2. Lyposomed Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a well-known ingredient as anti-oxidation. Lyposomed Vitamin C is expected to enhance activity, increase retention time, and increase permeability.

3. Pineapple ceramide
Ceremide is derived from Pineapple. Ceramide is known as a moisturizing ingredient generally. Pineapple ceramide is confirmed that UV-induced melanin levels are reduced and skin brightness is increased after UV irradiation.

4. Red orange extract
Red oranges are a special type of orange native to the island of Sicily in Italy. The Red orange extract made in Italy is confirmed to reduce skin damage caused by ultraviolet rays.

These are part of the ingredients which are expected to be effective for brightening skin.
Some ingredients work for restraining pigmentation, and some ingredients work for reducing skin damage by UV. You may consider taking a health supplement for skincare.

If you are considering a health supplement with your brightening skincare line, we will consult what ingredients are suitable for your brand.
