Shiseido\u2019s \u201cThe Collagen\u201d, Pola \u201cWhite Shot Inner Lock IX\u201d and Fuji Film \u201c ASTALIFT\u201d are good examples.<\/p>\n
Put the other way around, the consumer who wants to care for their skin not only from outer skincare but inner skincare is increasing. Consumers notice what they take makes their skin healthy and beautiful.<\/p>\n

In the US, 31% of US adults aged 35-44 have taken beauty supplement in the last 3 months to July 2020. In Thailand, 78% of Thailand women have tried to obtain beauty enhancement through vitamins\/supplements. (Ref. Webinar \u201cInner Beauty\u201d, Feb 16, 2021,Mintel) The consumer is increasing to add a beauty supplement together with their skincare.<\/p>\n
Then, what should we take for healthy and beauty skin? The following are well-known ingredients good for the skin.<\/p>\n

Collagen <\/u><\/p>\n
Fish derived collagen is a main stream now. It is good for skin plump and bouncy.<\/p>\n

Ceramide<\/u><\/p>\n
Ceramide is the one of the major lipids in the lipid bilayer. It is good for taking care of dry skin. We can find various ceramides which derived from rice, corn, pineapple and the other vegetable.<\/p>\n

The main function is to retain water to keep your tissues well lubricated and moist.<\/p>\n
